We are a small group of engineer, all of who are equipped with Technical, Engineering and Professional devotions, and the initials of these three key word represents our company, TEP Systems Laboratories. We support Systems Engineers of any company and any position would work with full performance and full professional skills. We, also, support students and even younger people who wish to work for IT industries.

Our main objectives are, consultant and education for these youngsters and to improve the status of Systems Engineers in the world, any country and any affiliation.

Background of the owner, Dr. Kenzo Kobayashi:

The owner of the company, Dr. Kenzo Kobayashi, has plentiful capabilities including Doctoral Degree from University of Tokyo, and First class certificate in TEP TEST, or Technical English Proficiency Test conducted by the Japan Association for Technical Communication under the supervision of the University of Michigan and Waseda University in 1993. Of course, Dr. Kobayashi has long years of experience as a professional Computer Systems Engineer for Industrial applications. He has served an International Academic community, IFAC or International Federation for Automatic Control, as a committee member and has experienced over ten years as a referee and program community member. He has addressed several lectures at IFAC workshops, federations and attracted the audiences from world-wide academic communities.
He has also worked for a U.S. based consultant company as a senior analyst for a year and has contributed much to transfer the situation of Japan to the world, of course, in English.
Based on these experienced of the owner, he has a strong intention to contribute to the communication between the World and Japan, and let the Japanese executives and high-ranked engineers be informed of the actual situation of the World.
